FFC T-REX DEMOLITION TOOL

The T-Rex Demolition Tool from FFC Inc. has been created to perform work for land clearing and demolition companies:

•It can be easily mounted to all skid steers, compact wheel loaders and tractor-loader backhoes.

•The T-Rex uses its lower jaw and powerful hydraulics to grab structures, to tear out stumps and to crush virtually any material.

•The jaw opening is 40-1/2 inches while the attachment is six feet long.

•The T-Rex produces 16 tons of cutting force.

SWEED MACHINERY MODEL 510 CHOPPER

The Model 510 Scrap Chopper from Sweed Machinery Inc. is designed for high-volume conversion of plastic and steel banding, wire, tubing, baling wire, slitter trim, welding scarf and mild steel flat bar.

•The Model 510 has heavy-duty, automatic feed works and an easy-feed throat.

• It sits securely on a touch Sweed Stand that moves from area to area on stout caster wheels.

• The infeed funnel helps safely direct materials into the automatic feed works while the heavy cast steel construction protects the operator and channels the cut scrap harmlessly into storage containers.

CAMCORP DUST COLLECTION SYSTEM

Camcorp baghouse dust collection systems can be configured for specific tasks, and offer a variety of features:

•Standard features include larger pulse-jet valving and headers.

•NEMA IV electrical and solid state sequential timer systems.

•Much of the system can be factory-assembled offsite.

MARATHON CONVEYOR SYSTEMS

Marathon Equipment is now manufacturing several types of conveyor systems.

•Types of conveyors made include heavy-duty chain belt, slider bed and steel belt conveyors.

•Applications include feeding balers, compactors, for MRF sorting lines, and in warehouse systems.

•The conveyors can be part of complete packages for recycling and waste handling facilities.

CATERPILLAR VERTICAL LIFT SKID STEERS

A new line of vertical-lift skid steers from Caterpillar Inc. will be available for delivery in June:

•The skid steer loaders feature a unique linkage that provides a lift height of more than 10 feet, eight inches and a reach of 32-1/2 inches at a bucket angle of 45 degrees.

•The expanded height and reach are combined with rated capacities of 2,500 pounds for the Model 262 and 2,250 pounds for the Model 252 loader.

•The vertical lift feature helps the loaders reach over truck sideboards and into other elevated containers.

•The complete line of Caterpillar attachments can be configured with the new vertical lift skid steers.

QUICK-TACH GRAPPLE

The Quick-Tach Grapple from Sheyenne Tooling & Manufacturing is a four-tooth grapple designed to work with skid steer loaders.

•Has a wide range of uses, including site clean up, land clearing, and demolition and scrap material movement.

•Available in two teeth sizes, enabling it to fit most buckets on the market.

•Teeth are made of high-carbon R100 steel for extra strength and durability. Four supporting rods add stability.

AMERICAN BALER RAM II

The Ram II from American Baler Co. is designed for high-volume applications:

•Densely packed bales weighing up to 2,000 pounds and measuring 50 cubic feet in size can be made.

•The Ram II is among the fastest balers on the market, capable of 47,000 cubic feet of displacement per hour.

•The new baler can produce up to 25 bales per hour and can be used to bale several different grades, including OCC, ONP, sorted office grades, mixed paper and more.

•A “stamper” or vertical ram automatically presses material down below the shear beam while allowing continuous baler operation.
