The Erie, Colorado-based National Recycling Coalition (NRC), Stamford, Connecticut-based Keep America Beautiful and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) are jointly hosting a 2020 NRC Market Development Workshop for a robust discussion on recycling education and market development on Feb. 11 in Memphis, Tennessee.
According to the event website, attendees will learn about innovative recycling infrastructure developments and recycling education programs that are supporting new and expanded recycling markets. Consumer packaged goods companies such as Keurig Dr Pepper and Coca-Cola plan to share about their commitments to recycling at the one-day workshop. Other topic discussions include state-level recycling market development, the marketability of materials and innovations in recycling.
