Liberty Tire Recycling, based in Pittsburgh, has appointed Douglas Carlson vice president of asphalt products. In his position, Carlson will assist the company in focusing on the emerging rubber asphalt market.
Carlson has held a number of executive and managerial positions during his career, including his most recent position as the director of the Rubber Pavement Association. In the last decade, he has authored 12 reports on rubberized asphalt-related topics.
