O’Neil Tweaks RSWeb.net
Irvine, Calif.-based O’Neil Software has announced that it has increased the flexibility and power of its RSWeb.NET interface, using the "power of the Internet and Microsoft’s latest .NET technology" to provide more access and control to records center customers.
According to O’Neil, records center clients will have "convenient and enhanced" access to their record center’s RS-SQL database and can perform many tasks themselves, eliminating the need for record center customer service reps to have to re-key an order or look up information.
"RSWeb.NET significantly enhances our customers’ ability to serve their clients more efficiently through the Internet, freeing up internal staff to attend to other important tasks," O’Neil VP of Business Development Ian Thomas says. "Instead of waiting for answers from your staff, your clients have customizable data entry screens, instant reporting and even more powerful queries at their fingertips." He adds, "They can quickly and easily query your record center’s database, order supplies, add new or edit existing inventory information, generate reports, request services and even monitor the status of orders—all from their desks, saving time and eliminating costly errors."
The flexible Microsoft.NET architecture enables records centers to customize language, access, queries, add/edit dialogues and reports to the needs of their clients.
More information on O’Neil’s RSWeb.NET is available at www.oneilsoft.com.
