Superior Industries, a manufacturer of conveyor systems and components headquartered in Morris, Minn., is introducing its new Core Systems Design program, which offers drive and tail pulley assemblies custom-engineered for specific applications.
Core Systems’s program aims to ensure that drive components are suited for the particular job specifications, while making sure that power requirements are met. Each custom-engineered drive assembly is delivered as a pre-assembled package, which eliminates the labor involved in onsite assembly and greatly reduces installation time. Plus, the shaft on each assembly is protected by a specially-developed rust prevention treatment.
Each Core Systems team member is certified by the American Welding Society and is fully trained in weld inspection and x-ray capabilities.
The Superior Industries Core Systems Design program provides quick turn-around times by having most power transmission components stocked or readily available. Delivery on standard products exceeds industry standards and expedited delivery is available in timeframes as short as 48 hours.
