The American Forest and Paper Association named Cherae Bishop its new recycling director. She will be director of fiber recovery and utilization.
Previous to the AFPA, Bishop was vice president, Legislative and Media Affairs, for the Integrated Waste Services Association.
In her new position Bishop will focus on implementing a comprehensive and integrated program to ensure a continuing, expanding and affordable recovered fiber supply and achieve the industry's 50 percent recovered goal for paper.
