WasteCap of Massachusetts announced plans to
participate in a venture that aims to reduce recycled copy paper prices.
WasteCap is scheduled to join the
partnership with the Recycled Products Purchasing Cooperative, a non-profit
group dedicated to increasing the purchase of recycled content copy paper
throughout the country.
The RPPC now has 130 member organizations.
The group sells Willamette’s 30 percent post consumer recycled copy paper. The
U.S. Government Printing Office has approved the paper for use by the federal
government.
Early next year the RPPC will offer brands
of paper with higher recycled content.
