PaperlinX Ltd., Australia's largest paper
maker, has received regulatory approval to buy the 58 percent of Spicers Paper
Ltd. it doesn't already own, the Australian Financial Review reported.
The Australian Competition and Consumer
Commission gave the go-ahead, providing PaperlinX sells its Commonwealth Paper
Co. and Edwards Dunlop Paper Ltd. units in order to maintain competition for
fine papers.
