PaperExchange.com, Inc. and MAJIQ Systems and Software announced a strategic alliance. Under terms of the agreement, the companies will work together to integrate MAJIQ's ELIXIR software with PaperExchange.com's critical market information and Internet capabilities.
PaperExchange expects the alliance to give users of both PaperExchange and MAJIQ the resources they need to conduct e-commerce and expand into new markets, while reaping the benefits of lower transaction costs and improved supply chain efficiency.
