Paper Asia Paper Co., partly owned by Norske Skog, announced that it is taking substantial downtime at its mills to lessen production. According to industry sources, the mill will take roughly 35,000 metric tons of production off the market at its Korean location.
Norske owns one-third of the Korean-based operation.
