One is a 20-lb. multi-use paper at 88 brightness. It is designed for use in a wide range of office equipment, including desktop printers and high-speed copiers.
The other, a 24-lb. high-end choice at 92 brightness, is designed for use in color laser and inkjet printers and is preferable for two-sided printing. It is a particularly good choice for presentations with color graphics.
``Businesses today are expecting more when they buy office paper,'' said Mark Ohleyer, marketing manager for the Fort James' Communications Papers Business. ``They expect paper to be brighter and smoother, and they want to be able to buy one kind of paper and use it for presentations, letters, memos and copies.
``The first product in the EUREKA! 10 line was introduced last year and is designed for use in copiers and fax machines,'' said Ohleyer.
``With the new additions, EUREKA! now has the most extensive offering of recycled office papers, with post-consumer content ranging from 10 to 100 percent, and brightness levels ranging from 84 to 92 percent. The 30 percent recycled choice is available in 12 colors.
``We are extending our EUREKA! line because our proprietary research shows that many buyers would like to help the environment by purchasing recycled paper but cannot always afford the price premium associated with higher post-consumer content papers,'' said Ohleyer.
