ForestExpress named Jan Marrs its
vice president of recycling. Marrs previously was head of Weyerhaeuser’s East
Coast recycling division. In the new position she will lead a team that will
concentrate on developing markets for the paper recycling segment of the paper
business. Marrs is expected to begin with ForestExpress by the middle of next month.
ForestExpress expects to beta test the
recycling component of their site by the first quarter of next year. The company
was started by Weyerhaeuser, International Paper and Georgia-Pacific Corp.
