EarthShell Corp. announced that the Five College Recycling
Program, which represents the combined recycling efforts of five New England
colleges, will recommend the use of EarthShell Packaging at dining facilities
throughout the five-college system.
The consortium, comprised of Amherst, Hampshire, Mt.
Holyoke, and Smith Colleges along with the University of Massachusetts at
Amherst, supports EarthShell Packaging.
The Five College Recycling Program, which coordinates the environmental efforts of the five colleges, promotes recycling, composting and waste reduction in response to the growing environmental concerns of the campus populations.
